Did you know that you can enjoy natural hot spring in the bustling area of Tenjin in Fukuoka? Nagahama area located in the north of Tenjin is known as the birth place of "Nagahama Ramen" that was made for people working at "Fukuoka Central Fish Market" (Known as Nagahama Fish Market). "Natural Hot Springs Tenjin Yu no Hana" located within the walking distance from Tenjin area is known for its hot spring water with rich minerals pumped up from 500m below ground.  "NIKKEI Plus 1" a lifestyle information magazine published on Saturday by The Nikkei" (National edition) introduced here as one of the top 10 of "the most recommended Super Sento in Japan". It was the only one selected in Kyushu.

 The first floor has a large rock open air bath, L-shaped large bath tub, foot bath, Tsuboyu, electric bath, esthetic bath, relax bath, bubbling bath, rolling bath, beauty bath, hot sauna, and mist sauna. It is for female on the odd number day and for male for even number day. The hot spring of "Tenjin Yu no Hana" contain calcium, salt spring. It is effective for cuts, burns, chronic dermatitis, neuralgia, and joint pain. Soakin in the open bathtub will make you forget that you are in Tenjin.

 On the second floor, there is an open-air bath with hinoki tub, foot bath, sitting bath, electric bath, foot punch, ukiuki bath, rolling bath, hot sauna, and mist sauna. It is for female on the odd number day and for male for even number day. There is body soup, shampoo with conditioner, and hair dryer available. Rental bath towel is 180-yen, face towel is sold for 160, and face lotion is for 100 yen.

 At the restaurant "Soba Hanahana" their soba is made with stone ground buckwheat. It is famous for fresh ground, fresh made, and fresh cooked aldente soba noodles. They have various creative menu such as "Morisoba" made with 100% buckwheat (500 yen), "Pork Shabu Cold Soba" (570 yen), and "Salad Soba" (540 yen), as well as noodles, bowls, set meals, snacks, drinks, a dessert such as "Chanpon" (730 yen),  "Sauce Yakisoba" (590 yen). ※The picture is from when they opened.

"Tenjin Yu no Hana" switches the bathroom in odd days and even days so you can enjoy different baths depending on the day. While you are there, you can take as many baths as you like. Resting area for both men and women with 10 jo room as well as for women only with 6 jo room are available. You can also recieve body care and body scrub.  There is also events and campaign held every month such as drawing for a prize. Refresh your tired body from shopping in Tenjin, sightseeing, or watching sport in the natural hot spring.
