Yakitori At A Glance

There are so many varieties for yakitori in Fukuoka. Tori means chicken, however non chicken food such as pork belly, beef tender, beacon wraps, seafood and vegetables are all classified under "yakitori". Additionally they respect the unique food culture such as offering free cabbage julienne drizzled with vinegar and soy sauce, or allowing one person to order more than dozens of chicken skin. Recent trend also serves yakitori that pairs well with wine, making the restaurant trendy.
